After looking so many shops online, I went with Elephanta for my custom piece and how right I was with my choice. Honestly I am not a good customer, and I am always asking questions but they responded quickly to each of my questions and provided pictures at each stage. Excellent customer service provided the time difference but they are always available like a ghost..lol

If you’re thinking of ordering a piece of furniture, I highly recommend doing so from this shop. I contacted them about a custom order, and Swati is a delight to work with. She said she can completely customized my console to my requirement and size specifications. I asked if they can find brass pulls to match the other hardware in my living room, and they did.
The customer service throughout the process was excellent. There were prompt replies, and Swati sent me photos of the process and more when it was finished. It was well packaged, arrived safely, beautiful and well made. A big thank you to Swati for her brilliant communication and the talented artists who made it!
